  • ByBoek provides 3D Asset Production, Texturing & Materialization, Environment Art, VR/AR Experience, Animation and Game Development services.

    Activities

    • Leading and executing technically and creatively challenging projects, possessing extensive knowledge in modeling, texturing, and game development.

    • Project work includes Animation, Rigging, Texturing and materialization, 3D Modeling, 3D Design, Environment Art, Game Design and development, and Character Design and Creation.

    • Utilizing industry-standard tools such as Blender (including Python integration), Substance, ZBrush, Unity, Unreal, Adobe Suite, Modo, Maya and Houdini.

  • Snap’s core products are Snapchat, a visual messaging app and Lens Studio, an augmented reality platform that powers AR across Snapchat and other services.

    Activities

    • Design and implement 3D production processes using ML tools and photogrammetry technology to increase production output.

    • Develop and implement automation tools, including Blender Addons, to streamline and expedite 3D production workflows.

    • Train and manage international production partners in the US and the Philippines to integrate new technology and processes.

    • Manage augmented reality (AR) productions for clients such as Zalando, Nike, and JD Sports, ensuring projects are completed on schedule.

    • Collaborate with engineers to build and maintain a centralized suite of artist tools, improving workflow efficiency and asset quality.

    • Author pipeline documentation and establish file handling systems, overseeing asset delivery and maintaining quality standards.

    • Research and implement industry trends to expand production capabilities and advise partner teams on asset pipeline best practices.

    • Simplify the integration of 3D assets across projects by reducing barriers to entry and enabling smoother adoption of new technologies.
